Imperious Capability
The 2026 Ford Super Duty lineup of full-size, heavy-duty pickup trucks sets the standard for the segment. Any rival HD model is inevitably compared to the Ford, and most come up short. Every possible heavy-duty application is covered, from occasional heavy towing that a half-ton model can’t quite handle to the most gargantuan towing and hauling duties. With so many cabs, engines, drivetrains, and specifications available, there’s always a 2026 Ford Super Duty perfect for the job.
Trim Levels
The 2026 Ford Super Duty is available in Ford F-250, Ford F-350, and Ford F-450 configurations across XL, XLT, LARIAT, King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited trims. Each model offers Regular Cab, SuperCab, or Crew Cab layouts, with multiple bed lengths depending on the chosen cab. The Ford F-250 and most Ford F-350 configurations offer single rear wheels, while Ford F-350 and Ford F-450 models add dual rear wheel options designed for higher payload and improved fifth-wheel or gooseneck towing stability. XL models have practical black bumpers, a functional grille, steel-style wheel designs, and work-focused exterior trim. XLT adds chrome accents and upgraded wheels, while LARIAT introduces premium alloy designs and advanced lighting. King Ranch, Platinum, and Limited offer unique grille treatments, signature LED lighting, and premium wheel and exterior finishes. Across the lineup, available appearance, off-road, and towing packages allow drivers to tailor the truck’s look and capability to their needs.

Performance
The Ford Super Duty offers four engines. The 6.8-litre V-8 gas engine produces 405 horsepower and 445 lb.-ft. of torque. An available 7.3-litre V-8 gas engine increases output to 430 horsepower and 485 lb.-ft. of torque. Both gas engines pair with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Two 6.7-litre Power Stroke V-8 turbo-diesel engines are offered. The standard version produces 475 horsepower and 1,050 lb.-ft. of torque, while the High Output variant increases output to 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb.-ft. of torque. These engines provide the strongest tow ratings in the lineup.
Drivers can choose between 4×2 and 4×4 drivetrains, depending on the trim and configuration. Ford F-250 and Ford F-350 SRW models cover a wide range of trailer weights, while Ford F-350 DRW and Ford F-450 maximize stability for heavy fifth-wheel and gooseneck applications. Multiple rear-axle ratios support various driving priorities, including towing, payload, or a combination of both. With proper equipment, the Ford Super Duty can achieve extremely high gooseneck, fifth-wheel, and conventional tow ratings. Payload capacity varies significantly by engine, axle, wheels, and drivetrain. The high-strength steel frame, advanced trailer tech, and heavy-duty suspension components help maintain stability under load.
